By downloading or using AspirePal you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please delete the app and discontinue use.
You must be at least 13 (or older where required) to use AspirePal. Keep your account secure and use the product for lawful, personal accountability. Do not harass partners, post abusive content, attempt to access other accounts, or misuse the service.
AspirePal is currently free and has no in-app purchases. If we ever introduce paid features, you will receive advance notice and will only be charged with your explicit consent through the App Store.
We pair you with an accountability partner based on your preferences. You are responsible for your own commitments. If a partner is inactive or unresponsive, you can request a new match in the app or by contacting support.
AspirePal is a tool to help you stay on track, but results are not guaranteed. The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, AspirePal is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. AspirePal is not a medical or mental health service; please seek professional help when needed.
